By completing and submitting this document, I am firmly enrolling in the EFT Basic Training (Externship) 2021 in Lausanne. I am aware that it is possible that the course may be moved to another location if the health situation requires it. Upon registration, 20% of the amount is due immediately, the remaining amount must be transferred by October 15, 2021. To qualify for the Early Bird price, the full amount must be paid by July 31, 2021. An invoice will be sent by e-mail as soon as possible. All participants will receive a certificate of participation and a confirmation of payment after the seminar. Registration is compulsory, in case of impossibility to attend the course, the full course fee is due in any case, unless a suitable substitute is found. In this case, there is only a rebooking fee of 100 CHF.
